Serving San Diego with faith-centered housing, mentorship, and restoration.
REBUILDING LIVES, RESTORING HOPE.

Empowerment
Through Mentorship
Mentorship is more than advice — it’s a lifeline. At Reformed Roots, one-on-one guidance provides support, encouragement, and accountability that empowers lasting change. In a world that moves fast, mentorship slows down the noise and says, “I see you. Let’s walk this out together.”
Transforming Lives
Transitional Housing
in San Diego
In the heart of San Diego, redemption is taking root.Transitional housing isn’t just about providing a roof — it’s about rebuilding lives, restoring dignity, and rediscovering purpose. At Reformed Roots Housing Ministries, we believe Christ-centered housing, structured accountability, and gospel-driven mentorship create more than stability — they create transformation.

Faith Base Recovery:
Support For Reentering Society
Reentering society after addiction, incarceration, or personal struggle is daunting. It’s not just about getting sober or finding a house — it’s about discovering where you belong and who you’re becoming. At Reformed Roots Housing Ministries, we believe recovery is not complete without addressing the whole person. That means emotional healing, practical structure, and spiritual guidance. We are unapologetically Christ-centered, but we don’t force faith on anyone. As reformers, we know we cannot shove God into someone’s heart — we can only share the gospel, live as examples, and create an environment where true change can take root.
Be the Bridge to a New Beginning
Partner with us to place men who are ready for structured, Christ-centered housing. We collaborate with IOPs, treatment programs, churches, workforce and reentry agencies to support long-term recovery and stability.
Reformed Roots — Campaign Stories
Why We Exist
Completing rehab or treatment doesn’t mean the struggle is over. Too often, people step back into the world with no steady ground. Reformed Roots was created to change that — a Christ-centered sober living home where men and women rebuild their lives with structure, accountability, and hope. Our program is guided by faith values, but we never force Christ. Everyone is welcome.
The Need
Every year, thousands leave recovery programs or incarceration without safe housing. Without stability and daily structure, relapse or reoffending becomes almost inevitable.
Our Plan
We are launching the first Reformed Roots sober living home with ten beds and a daily rhythm: regular meetings, chores, work blocks, study, mentorship, and a supportive hand. This is more than a roof — it’s a place designed for growth.
